What is holding you back from being successful? If you are like I used to be you will know of many reasons why you aren't successful at everything you do. Delta waves are even lower than theta and you'll experience these during dreamless sleep. These are associated with the release of chemicals that help with anti aging and also access to the subsconcious mind.
