The high competition and customer centric marketing strategies made Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems compulsory for any type of business. Today’s CRM systems are capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously. The three major tasks include updated company database, work force automation and customer contact management. These three tasks are the foundation for automation of all major business processes such as account management, product management, marketing management, sales management, lead management, event management, team management, performance analysis, customer/employee tracking, and more. All information related to company, product or customer is classified and stored in near real-time and are made available to concerned users whenever they need. This facilitates planning of event and marketing strategies.

As said earlier, on demand CRM systems holds many benefits for small to medium sized businesses. These are ready-to-go systems as they can be accessed and successfully implemented just after the sign-up. They do not require any type of initial investment except a computer with internet access. On demand CRM systems are accessible from any where in the world and enables companies to store and arrange data in a centralized storing device which is backed-up regularly and is protected from viruses and related calamities. Most of these systems can easily customizable to any business needs and are comparatively low-cost solutions, only around $40 per month per user.
