I would like to share with you my personal story of how I managed and recovered from diabetes gestational.

Remembering my efforts of trying to understand and get as many details as possible to find an answer for my doubts directed me into writing and sharing all I know about diabetes gestational.

During the ninth week, I checked my blood sugar levels regularly. I came to know that I consistently had a high blood sugar level, after which I immediately consulted my doctor. I was shocked when I got the information from my doctor that I have diabetes gestational. I was very much worried for my unborn baby. The doctor advised me to take insulin injections. I had no option but to start getting more insulin in my body to prevent my baby from the diabetes gestational infection.

Many people are afraid of insulin injections, as they are injected in stomach.Initially, it is scaring, but it is not that painful as people mainly think.

My health care provider started special classes on diabetes gestational to make me understand the risks and effective ways to treat the condition without any major problems.

I was happy, when I got all the information about diabetes gestational. I felt motivated. I came to know, as how diabetes gestational functions in most women. That gave me strength. Further, I thoroughly checked my blood sugar levels four times a day. Even, I had to take insulin in my stomach twice a day.

Finally, I had my baby delivered. I was afraid that as a result of diabetes gestational my baby might suffer. However, I delivered a healthy normal boy with no problems. Gradually, with proper treatment for my diabetes gestational, my blood sugar levels came to normal after 3 months of pregnancy,and now I am planning to have a second child.
